We hear it all the time. Our thoughts create our reality – right?! I mean, I’ve been hearing this for a very long time. Change the way you think. Change those negative thoughts to positive ones and you’ll be right! Right?
It’s just that easy and just that hard all at the same time.
Listen closely because I’m going to share a secret with you.
You need to accept those unhappy, negative thoughts to become happy. Yeah, you heard me. How many people are on the pursuit, only to be inundated with all the negativity in their lives?
And let me tell you why.
We believe as humans the more we focus on getting rid of or STOPPING our scarcity mindset – the easier it will be to FINALLY find happiness. Well, I’m sorry, but this is so far from the truth ladies and gentlemen.
You see, like attracts like – that’s Law of Attraction 101 for you.
So if you’re so stuck on all of those shitty thoughts and feeling sorry for yourself because your co-worker got the promotion and not you, or your last date was a flunk or your sister is prettier than you – wah wah wah, the more you are going to attract MORE of those things. Do you hear me out?!
Whatever we think is the absolute truth. So what truth do you want to create? I bet it isn’t a low vibe, sad, fearful truth. So feel those feelings and let them go. Yes, just let them float into the clouds above you, breathe and NOW think of all the abundance around you already.
Think about all of the things you have to be grateful about. Feel it. Smile. That is the exact feeling we want to be able to manifest the life we desire. You want a ferrari? Sure! You want a holiday to the Greek islands? Okay! You want a higher paying job! Why not?!
I know you’re probably thinking. “Okay but life is pretty shitty at the moment. I have so many debts, I’m eating two minute noodles every night and you’re telling me I can manifest a damn ferrari?”
I can almost hear you scoff.
We DEMAND to see the evidence before we believe it to be true.
I’m sorry my friends, but you have to change your thinking first, and then the evidence appears. Don’t worry about the how – leave that up to the universe. Just know the what and be open to discovering and receiving. You need to determine with unwavering determination that what you want will happen.
“Okay, I believe you – what can I do every day to help me though?”
Don’t let your mindset sabotage your happiness.
